We cap our booking intake to ensure our clients have plenty of calendar availability for reschedules (in times of illness, or weather).

Your session is confirmed once the deposit is paid, with the remaining sum due on or prior to the day of our session.

PLANNING

Consultation: After confirming your booking, we like to get to know you and find out your vision, hopes and needs for the shoot. We'll send you a questionnaire to find out as much as we can and either phone or email (your preference).

Location: We have plenty of beautiful outdoor locations we can recommend. We can also visit you at your home. Our some studio will be available soon.  

Advice: As part of our service we provide clients with planning, tips and guidance ahead of the shoot. Including what to bring, wear and how to make sure we capture you at your absolute best.

Weather: If the weather is not in our favour for your outdoor session date, we will gladly offer new session options.



SESSION & WRAP UP

How we work: Our sessions are guided in a relaxed manner. We provide simple prompts to help you get comfortable, engage, play and connect.

For outdoor sessions we will bring picnic rugs for comfort and cleanliness when needed.  

We believe every person has their own magic to capture. If you’re open, playful and trust in the process we will be able to capture a wide range of moments from sentimental and playful to powerful and emotional.

• 30+ edited digital images with no watermarks
• Private gallery with print store. Prints, frames and albums are available at an extra cost
• 6 months gallery hosting 
• Extended families are welcome to join you for your sessions, at an additional $150 cost and extra 30 minutes
